Lagos Redline rail to begin operation in September

The Lagos State Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) has said the Lagos Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) Red Line will begin operations in September. The Managing Director of LAMATA, Mrs Abimbola Akinajo, disclosed this at a news conference on Tuesday. Akinajo added that the Redline rail was 99 per cent ready and would begin operations in last quarter of the year.
