Widow of the late General Sani Abacha, Hajia Maryam Abacha, and her son, Mohammed Sani Abacha, have sued the President, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and two others at the Court of Appeal, Abuja, seeking recovery of the alleged unlawfully revoked property of the former Head of State.
