Engr. Daniel F. Lee

Engr. Daniel F. Lee is the managing Director of Incar Petroleum Limited. Prior to his appointment, he was with F L Engineering based in Shanghai, China, Engr. Lee has had technical production and management experience spanning 47 years in various engineering services, agricultural processing equipment. Comprehensive utilization of biogas and environmental engineering, biofuels and oil refining and numerous projects in the oil and gas industry.

He has organized in China a consortium of banks, financiers, design institute, manufacturers of various equipment of the oil refinery and petrochemical and also successfully undertaken projects in agricultural processing, food industry, ginger processing, biofuels and oil refinery and petrochemical industry.

Lee graduated with a degree in mechanical Engineering at the National Chen – Kung University, Tanian, Taiwan in 1952. At various times and capacities, he has held several positions in engineering related discipline including: Design Engineer of Ta-Tung Engineering Co, Taipei, Taiwan (1964-1966), Sale and Service Engineer of William Hunt Corp, Taipei, Taiwan (1966-1969), Plan Manager of Kong-Hsing Enterprises Co. Hualien, Taiwan (1969-1971), Chairman of Faith Engineering Corp. (1971-1975), Chairman of Lupton Engineering Corp (1976-1991), President of Lee’s Business Group consisting of FL Engineering Inc. USA (Since 1991) Lupton International Corp, Taipei, Taiwan and Tender Engineering Inc. Shanghai, China.

Engr. Lee is also a registered professional engineer and a Director of Biogas Association of Peoples Republic of China and Taiwan, where he has won numerous prestigious awards that include:

  • New design of biogas digester in Taiwan
  • New design of extracting equipment of citric acid in China
  • New design of briquettor in China
  • New design of automatic hydraulic press in China
