Mr. Albert is the Business Development Manager in IPL, prior to his appointment; he was a managing director of Albert-S Limited. An experienced aviation pilot who has acquired many flight hours both domestically and overseas, he has a great deal of experience in the oil and gas sector especially in the area of oil marketing, business strategic management in offshore oil exploration, business plans for oil and gas product marketing and development, strategic market identification in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Albert is a graduate of Willow Air Aviation School, United Kingdom with a professional pilot licence in 2008 and also a graduate of Nigeria College of Aviation Technology, Zaria in 1988 with private pilot license, a past special assistance to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa state on sustainable development, Mr. Albert is happily married with children.
